Spain - Mobility Program - Thursday

We woke up to a beautiful autumn morning in Spain. Our destination was the CBS Severo Ochoa biomolecular center in Madrid. Before we arrived at the center, in the school of Soto del Real, we had learned many interesting facts about the institution.

We were shown around the institution by a kind employee. He gave a presentation, so we knew more about the processes of the biomolecular center. For instance, he talked about the rest of the institution's departments. They examine cellular biology, neurobiology and microbiology.

We saw the process of fermentation and we also saw a new electron microscope. Luckily, we could do many interviews with the professors of the biomolecular center and they gave us more information about neurobiology processes.

When we finished our job- for example recording experiments and interviews-, we got home and had a Spanish siesta and enjoyed the time with the host family.

If you are interested in neurobiological processes, then our education film is coming soon.
